Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the European Channel Marketing Team to create commercial, impactful and engaging content & sales materials for internal sales staff, channel partners and direct sales platforms. Key focuses include: managing assets on company’s sales and operations tool (Showpad) and maintaining products on all client’s EU properties. This would include; build & collation of assets, uploading to Company via Vendor Central, and maintaining Showpad database across all European sales units. You will be required to amend and create pieces of content using Adobe Creative Suite (good InDesign and Photoshop knowledge is a must), together with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will also assist the ECMM in the design and production of POS materials throughout the European Dealer Network. It is an excellent foundation role, giving exposure to many elements of the marketing mix, in addition to the core accountabilities.

Role Accountabilities

  • To support European Channel Marketing Manager (ECMM) with day-to-day sales ops and marketing tasks

  • Update Sales & Operations tool (Showpad) for field staff:

  • Manage content in all European languages and currencies, ensuring that the correct sales units receive the correct content for their region

  • Prepare regular usage reports for regional Sales managers

  • Design (using Adobe CS and MS Office) internal documents for broadcast on Showpad

  • Make suggestions, propose improvements and new content approaches where required * Maintain company products on all EU:

  • Adding new products (Excel knowledge a must)

  • Monitoring and updating current products

  • Supporting EC Marketing Executive with a diverse range of Amazon specific marketing and administrative duties * Collate assets for product launches, including regional variations

  • Assist with POS design and production from leaflets to custom builds

  • Updating progress on project management system

Experience, Skills & Qualifications required

Key Skills

  • Strong marketing and design passion

  • Design skills within Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop a must)

  • Commercial understanding of sales & marketing

  • Database Management

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Highly organised with pro-active approach – act with speed and urgency

  • Excellent time management, managing multiple projects and ability to prioritize

  • Good visual presentation skills

  • An interest in company and its products

  • Advantage: Email broadcast knowledge

  • Advantage: Other European languages (in particular; German, French, Italian and Spanish)

Required Experience

  • At least one-year experience in commercial design/marketing environment

  • Adobe Creative Suite practical working experience

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)

  • Worked as part of a fast-moving team/environment

Advantage: experience of the Amazon seller platform (Vendor Central)
